Sue Averell's studio gallery is located in beautiful Sausalito, California. The building houses almost 100 art studios and is located at the north end of town; about 1/2 mile from the ferry.
Her signature style intrigues both new and experienced collectors. Sue Averell has an international following. Her paintings are in both private and corporate collections in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.
What makes Sue's work unique is the way she applies thick layers of colorful acrylic onto her canvases; in some cases allowing the edges of the paint to delineate the subject. You have to see her work in person to experience the wonderful richness of the surfaces she creates.
